How to Upload ?

You can click "Upload" option in member centre and choose file. The system will finish the whole upload process automatically once you click on "Submit" button.

You also can upload many files at once. Press "Ctrl" button to choose multiple files when you browse file.

How to Download?

Here are 2 ways to download file.
1) The download code of file will be sent to recipient once the file is shared. You should click "Get File" button in homepage and enter download code to Downloading.
2) You can click My Files option in member center. Click “Download” button when you find the file which you want to download.

How to add sub-user

Registered as our paid member and pay for charged additional sub-user licenses, you only need to register sub-user ID and password to distribute space for sub-user.

Operation of sub-user

The operation of sub-user is similar to administrator except add sub - users. Login into member center, sub-user can manage, search, modify and share.

Encrypt your files

An encrypt software "Lock 11" is included in iBoxFile. The files will be automatically encrypted once you click "Encrypt" icon. User can authorize encrypted files to other users who also have Lock 11 software. With authorization, other users can decrypt the files.

Creating contact groups

A contact group is a collection of contacts. It provides an easy way to find a group of contacts. For example, if you frequently contact with marketing team, you can create a contact group — called "Marketing Team". In the Contacts drop-down list, click contacts contains the e-mail addresses you want to add to your contact group.
